By accessing and using the UdoFast application, website, and ride-hailing services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Oopsie Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and request rides.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
• Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Pricing and Payments

UdoFast is committed to providing transparent and affordable pricing for all riders without surge multipliers or hidden fees.

Payments must be made immediately upon completion of the ride through the UdoFast app using our supported digital payment methods. Cash payments are accepted only where explicitly permitted by local regulations and driver availability.

4. Conduct and Safety

To maintain a safe environment for both our passengers and our company-employed drivers, you agree to:

• Treat drivers with respect and refrain from abusive language or behavior.
• Not cause damage to the electric vehicles; cleaning or repair fees may be charged for significant damage.
• Wear seatbelts at all times during the ride as required by law.
• Not consume alcohol, smoke, or use illegal substances within the vehicle.

5. Liability & Limitations

Oopsie Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
